WeatherTel and Weatherlive Terms and Conditions:
Definitions:
“The Service” shall mean Weatherlive and WeatherTel.
“The Company” shall mean Realm Communications Ltd.
“Users” shall mean callers to the weather services, Weatherlive and WeatherTel.
“Promotional Text Messages” shall mean text messages delivered to a mobile telephone which are free to the recipient.
Terms and Conditions:
Subscribers must ensure that their mobile phone is WAP enabled.
The Service is provided on a “best endeavours” basis and Users are advised that The Company and/or its agents shall not be held liable for loss damage or injury arising out of inaccurate forecasts howsoever produced. Users agree to indemnify and keep safe The Company, its directors and agents from claims for any loss or damage suffered either directly or indirectly as a result of their use of The Service.
The Company reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate The Service at its sole discretion and without notice. The Company is not responsible for calls that are cut off or end prematurely for whatever reason whether this is due to public network problems or technical faults of equipment maintained and/or owned by The Company, its directors or agents. The Company shall not be obliged to issue refunds for alleged losses or damages incurred by Users as a result of premature disconnection of calls and no claims shall be entertained in respect of such disconnections.
It is the User's responsibility to ensure that they are fully aware of and completely understand these Terms & Conditions. Users are confirming that they have read these Terms and Conditions that they have understood them and that they have agreed to be bound by them.
Users should note that by proceeding to enter The Service they must agree to receive free informational SMS texts from Realm in respect of all its premium rate services - text or voice based - and are proactively and positively opting in. For more information call 0818 286606. The Service is not open to Users who do not accept these pre-conditions. However Users have the right to opt out at any time free of charge by texting 'stop' to 57704
To the fullest extent permitted by law The Company, its directors and agents reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and/or change or terminate The Service at any time. Details of such amendments, changes or termination shall be published and shall be applicable as from the date of such publication (publication shall also mean the transmission to relevant individuals of an SMS text message).
Users should note that they must agree to receive free informational SMS texts from Realm in respect of all its premium rate services - text or voice based - and are proactively and positively opting in. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Company if they change/cancel their mobile telephone numbers. Customers agree to receive free promotional messages from Realm until such time as they inform The Company that they no longer wish to receive them. For more information call 0818 286606.
