Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they apply to all holiday offers.
This offer is available only in conjunction with the purchase of hotel accommodation through AIM, for 2 adults, travelling together and sharing a room for a minimum of 3 nights.
This offer is non-transferable in whole or in part and can only be used once.
Any unused portion of this voucher will have no cash value
Insufficient or non-payment of applicable fees or other monies by either the issuing agent or the participant will automatically invalidate the offer.
Proof of adequate travel insurance cover will be required at the time of booking.
You must nominate all travellers names at the time of application. To change any of the travellers’ names after application must be done in writing. All travellers must travel together on the same dates.
AIM has and will persevere to give optimum services by selecting high quality suppliers for their standard and credibility. We reserve the right without notice to substitute these for alternatives of an equal or higher standard.
European air passenger duty tax will be chargeable upon confirmation. A fuel surcharge and baggage handling fee may also be payable if levied by the airlines at the time of confirmation.
A €25 per person reservation fee must be received with each application. This fee is deductible against the final balance due. Where AIM have been unable to fulfil a request, this fee will become refundable. Where a request can be fulfilled but the client chooses to decline the offer, then the reservation fee is non-refundable.
Availability of dates and particular accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Where flights and accommodation are not available on the dates requested, AIM will make available alternative dates. All preferred dates should be a minimum of sixty days from the date of application. All room rates are quoted on a room only basis.
All bookings are subject to availability.
The cash value of this voucher is 0.001 Euros and other than this no cash alternative will be offered.
This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
AIM or the promoter / voucher issuer cannot be held responsible for the suitability or otherwise of any holiday taken.
All applications must be received by 30th November 2008.
