€2000 Cash Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
Definitions:
“The Service” shall mean Newspaper €2,000 Competition.
“The Company” shall mean Realm Communications Ltd.
“Users” shall mean entrants to Newspaper Competition.
“The Prize” shall mean the amount of €2,000 which is offered up as a prize for all those entering The Service.
“The Winner” shall mean the individual who provides the correct answer to the newspaper advertisement and is then picked at random by the station to be awarded The Prize.
“Promotional Text Messages” shall mean text messages delivered to a mobile telephone which are free to the recipient.
Terms and Conditions:
Subscribers must ensure that their mobile phone is WAP enabled.
Users of The Service must be 18 years of age or over and must SMS from their own mobile telephones or from another mobile phone with the bill payers permission. Users agree to indemnify and keep safe The Company, its directors and agents from claims for any loss or damage suffered either directly or indirectly as a result of their use of The Service.
The Company reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate The Service at its sole discretion and without notice. The Company is not responsible for SMS which fail to deliver for whatever reason, whether this is due to public network problems or technical faults of equipment maintained and/or owned by The Company, its directors or agents. The Company shall not be obliged to issue refunds for alleged losses or damages incurred by Users as a result of SMS failure to deliver, and no claims shall be entertained in respect of such disconnections.
It is the User's responsibility to ensure that they are fully aware of and completely understand these Terms & Conditions. Users are confirming that they have read these Terms and Conditions that they have understood them and that they have agreed to be bound by them.
Users also confirm that they are opting in to receive free Promotional Text Messages in connection with The Service and other services operated by The Company and/or those it’s associated companies and partners. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Company if they change/cancel their mobile telephone numbers. Users agree to receive free promotional messages from Realm until such time as they inform The Company that they no longer wish to receive them. Users have the right to opt out of receiving such messages at any time free of charge by sending the keyword 'stop' to 57704 or other such number as may be promoted from time to time. The closing date for entry is 7th April 2009 at 9am. At 12pm on the same day a User’s mobile number, which submitted the correct answer to the multiple choice question advertised, shall be picked at random. The Prize shall them be awarded to The Winner. The Prize shall be delivered to the Winner by The Company, no more than 10 business days from closing date. The Company reserves the right to change The Prize at any time. The Winner’s details will be published on The Company’s web-site from 8th April 2009.To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Company, its directors and agents reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and/or change or terminate The Service at any time. Details of such amendments, changes or termination shall be published and shall be applicable as from the date of such publication (publication shall also mean the transmission to relevant individuals of an SMS text message).
