Definitions:
“Santa's Letters Offer” shall mean the offering of personalised Santa's Letters and gift.
“Participant(s)” shall mean any person/individual who requests a Santa Letter by sending a relevant keyword or trigger to the Shortcode / completing several steps on a web-site advertised in connection with the Santa's Letters Offer.
“The Company” shall mean Realm Communications Ltd., the company which runs the Santa's Letters Offer.
Terms and Conditions:
Participants must be 18 years of age or over to avail of the Santa's Letters.
It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that they are fully aware of and completely understand these Terms & Conditions. Participants who enter the Santa's Letters Offer are confirming that they have read these Terms and Conditions, that they have understood them, and that they have agreed to be bound by them. These will be as described in the promotional text messages or in general advertising. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Directors of The Company reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, change, or terminate the Santa's Letters Offer at any time. Details of such amendments, changes or termination, shall be published and shall be applicable as from the date of such publication (publication shall also mean the transmission to relevant individuals of an SMS message).
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Company if they change / cancel their mobile telephone numbers.
Entries will be dispatched by 19th December 2010 for Ireland and by 18th December for the UK.
