Tarot Club - Terms and Conditions:
Definitions:
“Tarot Club Offer” shall mean the offering of €100 of Irish Psychics Live IVR readings per month.
“Service” shall mean the psychic SMS service, which is means of entry to the Tarot Club.
“Subscriber(s)” shall mean any person/individual who takes part in the Service and Tarot Club Offer by sending a relevant keyword or trigger to the Shortcode advertised in connection with the Service and Tarot Club Offer.
“The Company” shall mean Realm Communications Ltd., the company which runs the Tarot Club.
Terms and Conditions:
Subscribers must ensure that their mobile phone is WAP enabled.
Subscribers must be 18 years of age or over to avail of the Service and Tarot Club Offer. Proof of age may be required to claim Tarot Club Offer. Failure to provide proof of age within 7 days of being requested to do so may result in Tarot Club Offer being permanently withheld.
Subscribers must telephone 01 4699 599 to avail of the Tarot Club. Subscribers must be subscribed to the Tarot Club at the time of making the telephone call to be eligible for the €100 per month of Irish Psychics Live readings. Unused minutes each month cannot be carried over to the following month. Subscriber must ensure that calls to the Tarot Club must be made from the original mobile number which joined the Service. The Subscriber must also ensure that the telephone number is displayed at the time of making the call. Any Subscribers whose mobile telephone numbers do not bill successfully during each months allocation of minutes, shall have their allocation of minutes declared null and void.
Subscribers are permitted to have only one mobile number subscribed to any Tarot Club Offer and that the maximum amount of mobile numbers within one household, must not exceed three. Any phone calls made on mobile numbers in excess of these figures, will not be honoured and the mobile number will be charged the standard monthly subscription charge for the Tarot Club Offer.
Certain categories of people are excluded from claiming Tarot Club Offer. They are: any companies and individuals associated with The Company, or related companies or individuals, their families, friends and close acquaintances, including live-in partners. Also, contractors and/or sub-contractors, or persons directly supplying services in connection with, their families, friends and close acquaintances, including live-in partners.
The Directors of The Company reserve the right to permanently withhold Tarot Club Offer from individuals whom they have reasonable grounds to suspect may be in breach of this exclusion.
The Company reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate the amount of minutes associated with the Tarot Club Offer at its discretion, and without notice.
It is the Subscriber's responsibility to ensure that they are fully aware of and completely understand these Terms & Conditions. Subscribers who enter the Tarot Club Offer are confirming that they have read these Terms and Conditions, that they have understood them, and that they have agreed to be bound by them; they also confirm that they have positively opted in to receive the billed text messages required to take part. These will be as described in the promotional text messages or in general advertising. Subscribers also confirm that they are opting in to receive free SMS alerts in the future in connection with any of The Company's services, or those of its associated companies. Subscribers have the right to unsubscribe Tarot Club Offer at any time, free of charge, by sending the word 'stop' to 57700 or other Shortcode, as may be appropriate. Customers may opt out of receiving free promotional messages at any time by sending 'stop' to 57704 or other shortcode as specified in the free promotional text messages received.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Directors of The Company reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, change, or terminate the Tarot Club Offer at any time. Details of such amendments, changes or termination, shall be published and shall be applicable as from the date of such publication (publication shall also mean the transmission to relevant individuals of an SMS message).
Subscribers should note that by proceeding to enter the Tarot Club Offer they must agree to receive free informational SMS texts from Realm in respect of all its premium rate services - text or voice based - and are proactively and positively opting in. However Subscribers have the right to opt out at any time free of charge by texting 'stop' to 57704.
